We are Integrity Car Care, a full-service automotive maintenance facility with locations in Cross Roads, Savannah (Aubrey) and Pilot Point, TX. We are looking for an Service Writer at our Cross Roads And Aubrey location.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

Build effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisor to develop a high performing team
Managing a sales team to honestly provide recommended services and vehicle information to the customer
Build our customer base and profitability in order to further the expansion of our business.
Oversee technician workflow and vehicle readiness
Provide exceptional customer service and thoroughly explain vehicle services
Generate sales based on vehicle recommendations
Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members

Qualifications

Minimum high school education or equivalent
2+ years' of retail or equivalent management experience
Self-Starter
Strong Auto Sales and/or Customer Service Experience is a plus, but not required
Strong Ethics and Values
Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
Excellent People Skills
Spanish Speaking – Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus!

$60,000-$90,000 per year

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
